Nick Stevens

Nick Stevens

Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, England and Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Having established Stevens & Associates Lawyers in August 2004, Nick brings over twenty years experience in advising employers and employees on all areas of industrial relations and employment law. In particular, Nick Stevens provides high quality, reliable and professional legal advice in the areas of industrial disputes, having successfully represented many large organisations in the negotiation of both Federal and State enterprise agreements. Nick Stevens also provides commercially astute legal advice on employment matters such as executive and employee terminations, workplace change management, executive employment contracts, workplace agreements, workplace policies and procedures, unfair dismissal, unlawful termination as well as sensitive workplace issues including discrimination on the basis of sex, race, pregnancy, age and sexual harassment.



Megan Bowe

Megan BoweAdmitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales

Megan was admitted as a Solicitor of New South Wales in 2007 and has worked in the field of employment law since 2008. Megan joined Stevens & Associates in 2009 and has experience in, and advises clients on, implementing common law employment contracts and enterprise agreements, termination of employment including unfair dismissals, redundancy, implied duties of good faith in employment relationships, employee entitlements and transition to the Fair Work Act.

Megan commenced her career in the financial services industry and also has experience in providing quality legal advice and representation in the areas of subcontractor arrangements, contract disputes, debt recovery, taxation and superannuation.

Liza Isho

LLB (UTS), B-Business – Human Resource Management (UTS)

Liza joined the team at Stevens & Associates Lawyers in 2008, first as a Paralegal, whilst undertaking her Bachelor of Laws/Business (Human Resource Management), which included her specialising in Industrial and Labour Law. Liza was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2010, after successfully completing her Bachelor of Laws.

Liza brings experience from both legal and non-legal contexts and has assisted clients of Stevens & Associates Lawyers with all aspects of service, including reviewing and advising on individual employment, independent contractor and enterprise agreements, workplace policies and procedures, occupational health and safety obligations, deeds of releases and unfair dismissal.


Troy Ready

MLLP (UTS), Graduate Diploma Safety Science (UNSW)

Troy joined the team at Stevens & Associates Lawyers in 2010 as a Paralegal, whilst undertaking his Master of Law and Legal Practice.

Troy’s particular area of expertise is in occupational health and safety. He brings eight years experience in safety management including a leadership role with a national recruitment firm.

He has assisted clients with the development of policies and procedures, completed workplace investigations, facilitated the management of specific workplace risks and delivered training to managers on meeting safety obligations. Troy has also assisted our clients with the revision of individual employment contracts, independent contractor agreements and unfair dismissal matters.
