Nick Stevens also provides commercially astute legal advice on employment matters such as executive and employee terminations, workplace change management, executive employment contracts, enterprise agreements, workplace policies and procedures, unfair dismissal, unlawful termination as well as sensitive workplace issues including discrimination on the basis of sex, race, pregnancy, age and sexual harassment.

Victoria has recently joined Stevens & Associates as a senior solicitor, and brings with her over five years of experience in advising employers on a range of industrial relations matters. Victoria has advised employers from a wide range of industries, particularly the hotel industry, after working for both the Tasmanian and New South Wales branches of the Australian Hotels Association as a Legal Advisor. Victoria’s particular areas of service include unfair dismissals, contracts of employment, deeds of release, and award interpretation. Victoria prides herself on providing practical, commercially focussed advice to her clients.

Liza joined the team at Stevens & Associates Lawyers in 2008, first as a Paralegal, whilst undertaking her Bachelor of Laws/Business (Human Resource Management), which included her specialising in Industrial and Labour Law. Liza was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2010, after successfully completing her Bachelor of Laws.
Liza brings experience from both legal and non-legal contexts and has assisted clients of Stevens & Associates Lawyers with all aspects of service, including reviewing and advising on individual employment, independent contractor and enterprise agreements, workplace policies and procedures, occupational health and safety obligations, deeds of release and unfair dismissal.
Lauren Crossman - Paralegal

Lauren joined the team at Stevens & Associates Lawyers as a Paralegal in 2011 whilst completing a Bachelor of Laws and Business Administration at Macquarie University. Lauren expects to graduate in 2013, after having completed a specialisation in Industrial and Labour Law.
Lauren brings experience from a range of non-legal contexts and has a strong client and customer focus from her background in retail and hospitality. Lauren has assisted clients of Stevens & Associates Lawyers with reviewing individual employment contracts and enterprise agreements, deeds of release, and unfair dismissal matters.
