Having established Stevens & Associates Lawyers in August 2004, Nick Stevens brings over twenty-five years’ experience in advising employers and employees on all areas of industrial relations and employment law.
Nick’s areas of expertise cover all aspects of the employment relationship and industrial relations. Nick provides high quality, reliable and professional legal advice in the areas of industrial disputes, having successfully represented many large organisations in the negotiation of enterprise agreements.
Nick also provides commercially astute legal advice on employment matters with experience and a particular interest in employment litigation. Areas of employment law include executive and employee terminations, workplace change management, executive employment contracts, enterprise agreements, workplace policies and procedures, unfair dismissal, unlawful termination, general protections (adverse action) applications, breach of contract and competition and consumer law claims (formerly Trade Practices claims). Nick also advises on sensitive workplace issues including bullying, discrimination and harassment.
