Emma joined Stevens & Associates in May 2022 as a paralegal and is currently completing a double degree in Law and Commerce at the University of New South Wales.
During her time at the firm, Emma has acquired a keen interest in Employment Law and Industrial Relations. Emma’s role involves assisting in client matters, researching relevant workplace trends and issues, as well as exploring associated legislation and case law. Emma also contributes to the drafting of articles for our monthly newsletter, “Vision in the Workplace”, in addition to regular updates for the firm’s LinkedIn page.
Emma has a specific interest in issues relating to unfair dismissal, as well as changes to the nature of the workplace and seeks to learn valuable skills from her colleagues whilst at the firm.
