Olivia joined Stevens & Associates in December 2023 as a paralegal and is currently completing her final year of Laws (Honours) and Commerce at Macquarie University.
Olivia’s studies in employment law inspired her to join our team. She’s eager to learn from our experienced lawyers across various workplace matters and assist a diverse group of clients, from individuals to small and large businesses. She has a specific interest in exploring the effects of technology in the workplace, particularly the transition to hybrid arrangements and its impact on employee relations and performance.
In her role, Olivia provides administrative support to our lawyers, conducts legal research and drafts documents to assist in client matters. Additionally, she contributes to drafting articles for our monthly newsletter, “Vision in the Workplace,” and maintains an active presence on the firm’s LinkedIn page, keeping clients and industry peers informed about legislative reforms and significant cases.
