Daphne joined Stevens and Associates Lawyers in February 2021, having completed a Juris Doctor at Macquarie University. Prior to joining, Daphne gained extensive judicial support experience at the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia as a client services officer. As a junior solicitor for the firm, Daphne plays a critical role in the provision of legal services for employees, employers, and independent contractors. Daphne has a particular interest in unfair dismissal matters, the underpayment of wages, and supporting employers to respond to workplace health and safety incidents.
