Nick Stevens is the founder and Director of Stevens & Associates Lawyers, which he established in August 2004. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1993, as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 1994, and as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia in 1998, bringing over thirty years’ experience advising employers and employees across all areas of industrial relations and employment law.

Nick provides high quality, reliable and professional legal advice, with particular strength in industrial disputes and the negotiation of enterprise agreements, having successfully represented many large organisations in this space. He takes a commercially astute approach to employment litigation and workplace disputes, with experience spanning health, transport, manufacturing, retail, wholesale and charitable organisations.
