Evelyn completed a Juris Doctor at University of Technology Sydney after working in Research and Pathology (Histology) with a Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours).
Upon being admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Evelyn has focused on employment law and discrimination law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Evelyn gained experience at an employment law firm, which predominantly representing Applicants with adverse action (general protection) claims, unfair dismissals, and discrimination claims, including age discrimination, disability discrimination, racial discrimination / religious discrimination, sex discrimination. family and parental discrimination, and sexual harassment.
Evelyn takes pride in speaking Spanish fluently and is passionate in helping migrants and/or minority groups. She is an avid supporter of women’s rights and in her free time she takes joy in hiking, jogging and has participated in the City2Surf every year (save for the Covid period) since 2017.
